NiSi Graduated Neutral Density Filters (GND) are the indispensable tool for any landscape photographer. Soft filters have a soft transition between the light and dark parts; less clear than Medium filters and much less clear than Hard filters. They are the least “intrusive” GND filters. They are among the most popular GND filters, and are also used in combination with Hard and / or Medium filters.  Made of high quality lens grade optical glass, they will allow you to capture every little detail in your images without distortions or colour alterations.

ND8, 0.9 and 3 stops are different ways to indicate the light absorption value of the filter in question. This size filter is for use on the Canon 11-24.

Construction

All NiSi square use Nano Coating®, this wording indicates the use of the exclusive Nano Coating treatment which makes the filter water-repellent and oleophobic for perfect sharpness. NiSi filters also use IR technology, i.e. the coating that blocks infrared light, and therefore eliminates the risk of magenta colour cast.
