Shipping Terms
All NiSi products purchased through the NiSi Euro eCommerce portal (this site, www.nisioptics.co.uk/euro) are shipped from EU with a tracking code. As soon as the order is shipped, the tracking code will be sent via email to the email address provided at the time of purchase to enable you to check the delivery status of your order at any time.
Shipments are free above a certain amount depending on the country you ship to, please see the below list. All orders are shipped from EU (Italy).
- Italy, Germany – Free with 50€ minimum order amount
- Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden – Free with 150€ minimum order amount
- Other countries – Free with 250€ minimum order amount
Handling Times
Orders with immediate product availability will be processed within 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends). We aim for a 24 hours handling time for most of our orders. These are the handling time criteria:
- For in stock orders placed on weekdays and excluding holidays, before 2:00 PM (Central European Time CET) the shipment usually leave the same day, this is not guaranteed in peak season and it can be delayed up to 48 hours due to unforeseen circumstances.
- For in stock orders placed after 2pm on weekdays and excluding holidays, processing will happen on the next working day or within 48 hours.
- For in stock orders placed on weekends or during holidays, the order will be usually processed and shipped on the next working day or within 2 working days.
- Please be aware that during peak seasons the handling time can occasionally increase.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary according to destination and season but every endeavour will be made to ensure your order is with you between 2 and 6 working days from order.
Italy
Express 1-2 Days
This service indicates a 1-2 days transit time, it’s usually GLS but it could be equivalent if needed.
All shipping timing doesn’t include the time needed to process the order (handling time, see above), but only the transit time when the package leaves the warehouse.
Germany
2-4 Days Tracked
This service indicates a 2-4 days transit time, it’s usually DHL Paket but it could be equivalent if needed. It delivers 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), DHL will directly contact you with tracking details and arrange different delivery options if needed (leave to a neighbour, pick up at a DHL point, etc).

Other countries
2-5 Days Tracked
This service indicates a 2-5 days transit time, depending on the specific location. It’s usually a Fedex service but it could be equivalent if needed.

NiSi undertakes to do everything possible to deliver the products to its buyers in the shortest possible time. NiSi guarantees the integrity of the shipment without additional costs: in the event your order arrives damaged or not to your satisfaction, please write to us at info@nisioptics.co.uk attaching photos of the package and the damaged product and we will arrange delivery of a replacement product. NiSi has the ultimate decision to not reimburse or reship the order if customer behaviour indicates a possible fraud.
In the event of a dispute for non-delivery, the courier’s proof of delivery is proof of delivery.
Out of Stock items and Special Shipping Requirements
In the case of orders of multiple products, if not all items are available, your order will ship with the products available at time of purchase with the remainder of your order to ship at a later date.
