Screw-in circular polarising filters
The polarising filter is one of the most used filters in photography, whatever you shoot: it cuts unwanted reflections and improves colour and contrast. It removes reflections from glass and water, boosts the contrast of clouds in the sky and the saturation of foliage.
The NiSi range has four polarisers: the MC PRO Nano HUC C-PL (High Ultra Clarity), the UHC C-PL circular polariser (Ultra Hard Coating) and our flagship, the True Color Nano Pro CPL, with an aluminium or brass frame.

UHC C-PL circular polariser (Ultra Hard Coating)

ND64 + CPL: 6 stops and a polariser in one filter 1 product
To combine the polarising effect with an ND filter without screwing on two filters: the NiSi Pro Nano IR ND64 + CPL is a polariser with a built-in 6-stop ND. It only comes in 6 stops: with higher densities it would be impossible to judge the polarising effect and focus before the shot.
Top-quality neutral optical glass, for creative effects such as:
- reducing depth of field in bright light;
- controlling shutter speeds in video and time-lapse;
- turning water silky;
- adding movement to clouds;
- and controlling reflections at the same time, with the built-in polariser.

Stacking circular filters on top of each other isn’t recommended: even with a front thread, compatibility between stacked filters isn’t 100% guaranteed. If you need several filters together, choose a system designed for stacking, such as the JetMag Pro magnetic system: the filters snap onto each other in a second and lock in place.

Circular Polariser UHC C-PL -
I do have the JetMag Pro Landscape ND kit which came with a 62mm filter. However, I bought a 62mm screw on circular polariser for my macro lens. The CPL is permanently attached to my macro lens for convenience.
