Terms and conditions of sale

The website www.nisioptics.co.uk (hereinafter Site) is owned by Bulb Mode SRLS with registered office in Via Ancona 15, 60035 Jesi (AN) (VAT number IT02730980428) and is aimed at the sale of products and online services.

Applicable legislation

The purchase and sale of products and services by electronic means is governed by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) on distance selling with consumers, and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on electronic commerce. The sales contract stipulated between the customer and the site will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law.

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

By placing an order according to the various methods provided on the Site, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment transcribed below. These general conditions of sale, together with the conditions regarding the methods of delivery and payment of the goods, form an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Customer and the Site. Therefore we invite you to carefully read these general conditions of sale, to print them or otherwise keep a copy.

Purchase method

The Customer can purchase the products visible at the address http://www.nisifilters.co.uk, illustrated on the homepage of the Site within the respective sections by product category, as described in the relevant information sheets. The products published on the site can be:

Available ”physically in stock and therefore, as such, can be ordered by the Customer with shipping times of approximately 48h;
“Coming soon”, not physically in stock and orderable and with delivery times of about 15 working days from the order;
“Coming soon”, not physically in stock and cannot be ordered until the next warehouse replenishment;

In order to make purchases it is not necessary that the customer is registered on the site. When the purchase is made, the customer has the possibility to choose the delivery and payment method of the product he prefers. The acceptance of the order by the Site is confirmed through a confirmation screen after payment. A confirmation e-mail is also sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer when registering the order. In the event that the email has not been received within 2 hours of the order, please check the “Spam” or “Unwanted” mailbox. In any case you can contact us and we will send a copy. The order number or the email used for the purchase is sufficient for all warranty procedures and as proof of purchase.

The Site reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept the order: in the eventuality, we will take care of communicating the cancellation of the order and fully refunding all costs incurred.

The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data in the summary screen and present in the order confirmation email and to promptly report any errors or omissions to the Site.

Prices

The selling prices of the products published on the Site include VAT. In the event that incorrect prices are identified due to technical anomalies, the owner of the NiSi Italia site reserves the right to cancel the order and to return the amount eventually paid.

Jurisdiction

For the resolution of any civil disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and termination of this distance selling contract, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the products not for purposes related to his professional activity) the territorial jurisdiction mandatory is the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer himself, if located in Italy (Article 63 of Legislative Decree 205/2006).

Conditions

These general conditions of sale will remain valid and effective until they are modified and / or integrated by NiSi UK in the place of the Owner. Any changes and / or additions will be effective from the date of publication of the same on the reference website.
