Max is a photographer based on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides working across seascape, aerial and underwater photography to capture the coast line from unique and often unseen perspectives. From above below and at the water's edge. Max’s work explores the shape, movement and texture of the ocean in all its forms, often enjoying the wild untamed beauty of the coast in all seasons.
As a passionate advocate for women in her field, Max co-founded the Women in Seascape Photography community, creating a supportive & interactive space for female photographers.
Max’s work has been recognised in the Scottish Landscape Photographer of the year receiving a high commended with “Oceans Isolation".
