Independent VND and PL Control

The density and polarisation can be adjusted completely independently, so changing the polarisation does not alter the selected ND setting. This allows you to precisely control exposure and reflections for every scene, without having to compromise between light control and managing reflective surfaces. For correct operation, we recommend following the procedure below:

• Set the polariser ring to the lock position by aligning the two green dots
• Set the VND density to the required stop*
• Rotate the polariser using the ring to control the desired level of polarisation

*IMPORTANT: We recommend not adjusting the polariser at high-density settings (4–5 stops), as this may result in excessively saturated colours.

VND/PL, 2-in-1

Two essential filters in a single accessory: reduces incoming light while simultaneously cutting unwanted reflections from water, glass, and vegetation. True Color Technology

Designed to deliver accurate, neutral colour rendition throughout the entire adjustment range, from minimum to maximum intensity. Unlike many other polarising filters on the market, it does not introduce a magenta tint or warm colour cast, preserving consistent and natural tones both in RAW for photography and LOG for video, while also simplifying post-production.

Ultra-Slim Metal Frame

Made from durable aluminium alloy with an anti-corrosion finish, the frame is designed to be extremely slim without compromising strength. This reduced profile prevents vignetting even with extreme ultra-wide-angle lenses, such as at 15mm equivalent on full-frame, allowing you to compose freely with the widest lenses without optical compromises.

4-Sided Nano Anti-Reflective Coating

Applied to both optical surfaces using multi-layer nano deposition technology, this advanced coating significantly reduces internal reflections and flare, improving contrast and colour rendition. The treated surface also repels water, oil and fingerprints, making cleaning quick, easy and less frequent, even during intensive field use.

Metal Lens Cap

The included metal lens cap provides durable protection for the lens when not in use, helping to prevent scratches, dust, accidental impacts and other damage during transport and storage. Precision-machined from aluminium, it securely and firmly attaches to the front of the filter, while the updated silver finish perfectly complements the filter’s premium design and the overall aesthetic of your optical setup.

Luminescent Markings

The markings on the frame are treated with a luminescent material that glows in low-light conditions, allowing you to read and adjust settings even at dusk, at night or in poorly lit interiors. This means you can work without having to turn on a headlamp or use your phone screen, keeping your attention on the scene and subject rather than your equipment.

Compatible with the SWIFT System

The filter integrates seamlessly with filters from the SWIFT system, allowing you to safely and reliably combine and stack different optical effects.
