NiSi filter for Ricoh GR4, GR3 X and GR3

The NiSi filter system for Ricoh GR4, GR3 X, and GR3/2 has been specially designed for Ricoh GR compact cameras. Our Professional and Starter filter kits are compatible with the GR2 and GR3 cameras, while the Master Kit is specifically made for the Ricoh GR3 and GR3 X.
The NiSi holder from the Starter and Professional Kits attaches to the end of the Ricoh GR3/2 lens by pushing the mount into place.
The Master Kit for Ricoh GR3 X and GR3 features a newly designed adapter that allows the filter holder to be secured using a mounting ring on the lens. This design enables the adapter to remain attached even when the lens retracts. The adapter also includes a thread that fits any 49 mm diameter filter (find out more about our circular filters).

It is now also available for the GR4.
The NiSi filter holder for compact cameras is made of aluminum, the same high-quality material used in our popular V6 and S5 systems. It can hold up to two filters at once, and the Ricoh GR holder can rotate 360 degrees to switch seamlessly between vertical and horizontal orientations. There is no vignetting.
Like all other NiSi filters, these are crafted from our exclusive precision optical glass. The surface is finely ground and polished to ensure optimal sharpness with modern high-resolution cameras.
The NiSi filters for the Ricoh GR series come in two main kits (Starter and Professional). A third kit, the Master, is compatible with Ricoh GR3 and GR3 X*, while the accessories for the GR4 are available in the following kits: 49 mm Filter Adapter Ring Kit, 2 Rings Kit (Royal Blue and Titanium Grey), Rings + GR4 Cap Kit, and GR4 Cap Kit.

*The Master Kit for the GR3 X is not compatible with the Ricoh GR3, and vice versa. Accessories for the GR4 are compatible only with the GR4.

Accessories and JetMag Pro Kit for Ricoh GR4

The 49 mm threaded lens adapter connects to the camera by removing the original Ricoh ring, using the same method as for the Royal Blue and Titanium Grey rings.

The GR4 Cap is also compatible when the Blue Royal and Titanium Grey rings are attached, and when using the 49mm filter adapter with some filters mounted on it (except for those filter types with a double frame, such as Vario ND and CPL filters).

Black Mist Kit for Ricoh GR3 X

The Black Mist kit comes with two rings in Silver and Rose Red, a 49mm threaded lens adapter that attaches to the camera after removing the original Ricoh ring.
The Black Mist filters are made by adding tiny black dots, which create a halo around points of light and soften skin tones; although the light behaves differently, the shadows remain unchanged.
The Black Mist filters handle light in a unique way, keeping shadows intact. Their variable density mist effect of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 stop creates a special “atmosphere” by reducing excessive sharpness and contrast.
