NiSi 4 ND Filters “Extreme” Kit

The NiSi Extreme ND Filter Kit includes 4 x 100x100mm ND filters. The “Extreme” ND Kit is the perfect choice for the photographer who wants to have the best selection and the best filters on the market.

All NiSi filters in this complete kit are made of lens grade optical glass, exclusive to NiSi! In addition, all products have an incredibly high colour match, no loss of sharpness and the best coatings on the market.

In addition to the anti-glare treatment, there is also the Nano-Coating treatment to make cleaning the filters quick and easy. The exclusive IR coating blocks infrared light, which is the cause of dominant magenta colour in filters that do not have this unique NiSi feature. Thanks to NiSi ND filters you can focus on the most beautiful part of landscape photography: the experience on the field and the satisfaction of obtaining a spectacular result directly on the camera.

The NiSi Extreme ND Kit contains 100mm square ND filters to be mounted on a 100mm wide and 2mm thick filter holder (not included). They can be used on Lee, Haida or other filter holders made to these specifications; obviously using the incredible NiSi V6 holder you will also have the versatility of 3 slots (+ polariser) without vignetting at 16mm on full-frame (10-11mm on APS-C) and the possibility to use the famous Landscape Polariser.

Construction

NiSi filters are all made of the highest quality lens grade optical glass which has a higher transmittance than standard optical glass such as B270 and much higher than resin. This ensures that no detail is lost in your images. As we are the only manufacturer to use lens grade optical glass for our filters, there are no comparable quality filters on the market.

Unique treatment

All NiSi square filters benefit from the use of the exclusive Nano Coating treatment which makes the filter water-repellent and oleophobic for perfect sharpness. NiSi filters also use IR technology to block infrared light, and therefore eliminate the risk of magenta colour cast. The special Nano Coating coating on both sides minimises unwanted reflections and gives the NiSi neutral density filters water-repellent and oleophobic properties.

Weatherproof and durable. 

The Nano® Coating treatment gives the filter the quality of repelling water and oils, making cleaning very easy even in extreme conditions or with the presence of seawater. The finishing of the edges and the rounded corners improve grip make our filters easier to handle and rounded corners are far less likely to break off. Our filters and holders are created to be used outdoors, in any weather situation, enjoy photography in its purest essence
